GeoResources, Inc. owns and operates producing oil and gas properties in the Southwest, Gulf Coast and Williston Basin and conducts oil and gas exploration and development and production operations in these areas. 

GeoResources’ reserves, including both its direct working interests and partnership interests, are estimated at 25.4 MMBoe, 53% oil and 72% proved developed.  Current production is approximately 5,133 BOEpd for its direct interests plus 502 BOEpd in its partnerships.  As of December 31, 2009, the Company controlled approximately 477,000 gross acres and 223,000 net acres.
