GeoResources, Inc. owns and operates producing oil and gas properties in the Southwest, Gulf Coast and Williston Basin and conducts oil and gas exploration and development and production operations in these areas. 

GeoResources’ reserves, excluding its partnership interests, were estimated at 24.0 MMBoe at December 31, 2010, being 60% oil and 74% proved developed. 2010 production was approximately 5,090 BOEpd excluding production associated with GEOI’s interest in partnerships. As of December 31, 2010, the Company controlled approximately 558,000 gross acres and 236,000 net acres.
