Houston, Texas, January 30, 2012 – GeoResources, Inc., (NASDAQ:GEOI), today announced that the Company’s management team will present at the following conferences in February 2012.
Robert J. Anderson, Executive Vice President of Engineering and Acquisitions is scheduled to present at the IPAA Oil & Gas Investment Symposium being held at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Florida on February 2, 2012 at 3:35 PM EST.
Mr. Anderson will also be presenting at The Oil and Services Conference™ 10 being held at the Omni San Francisco Hotel, San Francisco on February 21, 2012 at 10:30 AM PST. 
Frank A. Lodzinski, President and Chief Executive Officer is scheduled to attend the UBS SMID Cap One-on-One Symposium being held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Boston, Massachusetts on February 28 and 29, 2012.
