GeoResources, Inc. operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries, Southern Bay Energy, LLC (Southern Bay) and G3 Operating, LLC (G3). Southern Bay operates all of our Southern region projects primarily located in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Mississippi. G3 operates all of our Northern region projects primarily located in North Dakota, Montana and Colorado. GeoResources and its subsidiaries have management offices in Houston, Denver and Williston North Dakota as well as many additional field offices throughout our areas of operation. As of December 31, 2011 GeoResources and its subsidiaries employed 77 employees. Biographies of our Board of Directors and management team can be found below. |
