J.K. Glenn

Vice President-Land, joined Chandler Energy, LLC’s management team in 2001 which merged into GeoResources, Inc. in 2007.  He has over 30 years of professional experience ranging from managing field land operations to senior management responsibilities.  Mr. Glenn has been associated with multi-national organizations, such as Amerada Hess, to independent oil and gas producers, i.e. Chandler Energy and Duncan Oil.  In 1986, he created Arrowhead Associates, an oil and gas consulting firm.  His expertise and accountabilities over the years include development and promotion of internally, joint venture and externally generated exploration and exploitation projects, the acquisition and marketing of producing oil and gas properties, and providing senior management leadership to the organization.  He has extensive expertise in the Mid-Continent, Rockies and West Coast Regions.  Further, Mr. Glenn has held executive positions in the financial and telecommunications fields with responsibility for offices in such cities as Los Angeles and New York City with operating units in excess of a hundred employees.  Mr. Glenn holds a BS in Finance and Management, and a MS in Information Systems from the University of Colorado.
