Director, age 61, has been one of GeoResources’ directors since March 2004.  For over the past 30 years, he has been a partner with Voller, Lee, Suess & Associates, a CPA firm located in Williston, North Dakota.  Mr. Voller holds an Accounting degree from the University of North Dakota (1972).
