G. Bret Wonson

Corporate Controller. Mr. Wonson, age 32, has been the Manager of Financial Reporting for the Company since April 2008 and promoted to Corporate Controller in May, 2010.  He previously severed as a Manager of Accounting Policy for BP America from December 2006 through April 2008.  From September 2001 to December 2006 Mr. Wonson was employed in public accounting with Arthur Andersen LLP and Grant Thornton LLP where he achieved the rank of Manager.  He has substantive experience in oil and gas, finance, accounting and reporting.  Mr. Wonson holds a Bachelor’s of Accounting from Mississippi State University and a Master’s of Accounting from The University of Alabama.   He has been a certified public accountant in the state of Texas since 2003.
